Home Health Aide HHA Personal Care Assistant PCA Requirements:

2 years of recent professional elderly caregiving experience working with an agency or in a facility

• private duty or DSP okay (if not certified) Current HHA PCA or CNA certificate from NY (preferred) 18+ years of age 2 valid forms of identification Current physical with lab work to include medical physical, lab work (titers), PPD and D/S (performed within the last year

• REQUIRED FOR INTERVIEW

  Covid Vaccinated (boosters not required
• must have proof of vaxx Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks related to caregiving
