Work Location:

In person Job Responsibilities Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding Assist with safe transfers, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercises Provide incontinence care and non-sterile skin care as directed Provide medication reminders (no independent administration) Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation essential to patient care Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse Accurately document services provided in accordance with Medicaid and agency requirements Follow infection control, HIPAA, and agency policies at all times Walk-ins are welcome between the hours of 10am to 4pm, Mon to Fri.
