As a Home Health Aide - Home Care, you'll be on an interdisciplinary team that delivers life-changing care to patients across Suffolk County.
Your Impact:
In this role, you will provide essential in-home support to clients, promoting their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. HHAs play a vital part in helping individuals maintain their independence and dignity while receiving the assistance they need.
You Will:
Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement in daily activities. Perform light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and run errands as needed. Monitor and promptly report changes in clients' physical, mental, or emotional health. Follow individualized care plans while ensuring clients' safety and comfort at all times.
What You Bring:
NYS Certified Home Health Aide. Ability to read and write English. Current NYS Driver's License. Ability to work well with others and accept direction. Flexibility.
