Responsibilities Safety Checks through the night. Assist with toileting during the night Administer medications accurately following medical documentation protocols and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient safety Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe environment conducive to health and comfort Must be able to work with others Experience Previous experience in Dementia Care a plus Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic Hands-on experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia-related conditions such as Alzheimer's disease Excellent communication skills and compassionate demeanor when interacting with residents This role is ideal for compassionate caregivers eager to bring their expertise into a supportive environment where every day offers the chance to positively impact lives.
