REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Please bring: I-9 document(s) HHA/PCA Certificate Up-to-date Physical MMR Titer Results or Vaccination Record Quantiferon Test or Chest X-ray Two Reference Letters

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Must have a certificate from a Home Health Aide training program consistent with State requirements with evidence of ongoing in-service education to maintain the certificate. Must have the maturity necessary for establishing and maintaining a good work relationship with the client, the client's family and agency personnel.
