Caregiver Pay:

We are currently hiring dependable, caring, and professional Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) for a weekend on-call position serving clients throughout Northeast Monroe County. Compensation Flat rate of $175 per scheduled on-call weekend Additional hourly pay of $19.00 - $23.00 per hour for any shifts worked during the weekend Mileage reimbursement available Weekend Availability Requirement Caregivers must be available: Friday 5:00 PM through Monday 8:00 AM Alternating weekends During on-call weekends, caregivers are expected to: Respond to calls, texts, and emails within 30 minutes Accept available client shifts when contacted Requirements Must have a valid HHA or PCA certification Must have a valid driver's license Must have a reliable insured vehicle Auto insurance policy must list the applicant as a covered driver Comfortable working in private homes Ability to work with all clients, including smokers and households with pets Ability to travel throughout: Pittsford Webster Fairport Penfield East Rochester Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach as needed to assist clients Must be reliable, compassionate, professional, and dependable Qualifications Successful completion of a NYS DOH-approved HHA or PCA training program Ability to speak, read, and write English sufficiently to: Understand and follow a care plan Document services provided Communicate changes or concerns to office staff Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required Primary Responsibilities Provide compassionate in-home care to seniors Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with nutrition Light housekeeping and laundry Assist clients with self-administered medications Monitor and report changes in clients' mental or physical condition Transport clients to and from doctor appointments and errands as needed Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times Perform additional supportive care duties within NYS DOH guidelines Benefits Competitive pay Flexible part-time scheduling Paid training opportunities Paid sick time Paid time off Referral bonus program Matching IRA Mileage reimbursement Supportive office staff and team environment Immediate openings with flexible start dates Meaningful work that makes a difference every day Job Type Part-time Application Questions Do you have an insured vehicle that lists you as a covered driver?
