DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL

• Day Services Mozaic is seeking Caregivers, Health Aides, CNAs, or Direct Support Professionals who are responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities during daytime hours, typically outside of a residential setting.

The focus is often on community integration, skill development, and promoting independence. Direct Support Professionals foster positive self-esteem in individuals, whether in a habilitation setting or in the community, by consistently providing positive interactions, support, encouragement, and unwavering respect for individuals' rights.

Direct Support Professional Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required Minimally one-year experience working with people with developmental disabilities or an associate degree in human services or related field is required. Valid Driver's License is required.

Direct Support Professional Hours:

Monday

• Friday, hours will vary, with some planned evenings and weekends
