Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and attentive Patient Companions to provide personalized support and companionship to patients in various healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of healthcare settings, including hospital, outpatient, and post-acute care, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to enhancing patient well-being. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while working within a supportive team. Duties Offer emotional support, companionship, and reassurance. Assist with non-medical activities such as mobility, grooming, and daily routines to promote comfort and independence. Observe and report changes in client behavior or condition to office staff promptly. Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines. Specialize in Dementias and Alzheimer's behavior modification. Provide post-discharge support by helping patients understand care instructions and encouraging adherence to treatment plans. Qualifications 2 years experience in home care Valid Driver's License Reliable vehicle
