HOME HEALTH AIDE
Jefferson County Public Health Service is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) responsible for in-home non-medical care and providing support in daily living activities under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). The HHA will assist clients with personal care, comfort, safety, and IADLs to promote health, independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Salary Range:
$21.26- $25.36 per hour.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Either:
Home Health Aide Certificate from an approved Home Health Aide Training Program (HHATP) for New York State OR Completion of a course of study approved by the State Education Department for Licensed Practical Nurse. Possession of the license at the time of appointment.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
