Personal Care Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for certified home attendants (HHAs/PCAs) and people who want

FREE PAID TRAINING

. You will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. We offer all types of shifts (full time, part time, weekday, weekend, etc.). Overtime accepted! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need of personal care services. Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and assistance to clients in their homes or in assisted living facilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals Monitor and report changes in clients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing Accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Skills:

Experience in senior care, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities preferred Knowledge of basic meal preparation techniques and dietary restrictions Ability to assist with lifting and transferring clients safely Excellent communication to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Compassionate and patient demeanor to provide emotional support to clients Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain confidentiality
