Job Description

Overview Join our compassionate team as a Home Health Aide and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring personalized care at home. In this vital role, you will provide essential support to patients by assisting with daily activities, monitoring health status, and ensuring their comfort and safety. Your dedication will help promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for those in need of home care. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your caregiving skills truly matter. Duties Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or developmental disabilities to enhance their well-being Assist with meal preparation, feeding, laundry, light cleaning, and maintaining a safe and clean living environment Transportation of patient to and from appointments (depending on case) Requirements Reliable Proven experience in home health care or long-term care environments such as nursing homes or assisted living facilities Ability to work independently while following detailed care plans Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care; patience and excellent communication skills are essential Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia-related conditions is highly valued Physical ability to assist with patient transfers using Hoyer lifts or other mobility aids; capable of performing tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and bending Join us in delivering exceptional home health services that empower individuals to live safely and comfortably at home.
