DSP Job Description:

Are you energetic, caring, positive, willing to share your hobbies & interests, and compassionate Play an integral role in the lives of the people we support by providing direct assistance in all aspects of daily living. Community Based Services is a non-profit organization providing supports to people in the Hudson Valley region since 1981.

DSP Duties and Responsibilities:

Tasks could include providing direct personal care or assistance with: hygiene, housekeeping, laundry, cooking, medication administration and appointments, behavioral interventions, etc. Enabling the greatest level of independence possible and the best quality of life as one is able to experience. Engage participation in recreation, social, and skill-building activities as appropriate. Complete documentation electronically as required.

DSP Qualifications/Skills:

HS/GED Valid driver's license for more than 1 year
