Direct Support Professionals (DSP)- Day Habilitation Services -

Williamsville, NY A Quick Note About This Role:

This position involves direct interaction and hands-on support with adults with developmental disabilities. Some days are incredibly rewarding, but the work can also require patience, teamwork, and consistency.

Shift:

Mon - Fri 8:00am-3:30pm (35 hours weekly) Pay rate : $22.89 per hour!! - Highest DSP pay in

Western NY Key Duties:

Supports individuals with disabilities in a center-based program Teach daily living, social, and adaptive skills to increase independence May take individuals on community outings Document progress to help our people achieve their goals Be a positive role model and part of a supportive team

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred Valid NYS Driver's License w/ approved record Previous experience working with people with disabilities preferred
