Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Starting Pay:

44 per hour DSPs provide compassionate, person-centered support that empowers individuals to live independently, build daily living skills, and actively engage in their communities. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day while building a rewarding career.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or GED required Valid Driver s License strongly preferred Strong communication and technology skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is a plus Medical Support Professional (MSP)

Starting Pay:

48 per hour MSPs provide hands-on support focused on health, wellness, safety, and daily care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ideal candidates are compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping others thrive.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required Previous experience supporting individuals with I/DD preferred Valid Driver s License strongly preferred Commitment to professional growth and teamwork
