Job Description
Overview Your Home Health Agency has a job opportunity for a individual in Akron Ohio requiring HPC services. Hours are Monday through Friday 2 pm to 9 pm Requires reliable transportation, A valid State Identification and social security Card. Background Check required Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meals. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing regular cleaning duties in residents' living areas and common spaces Implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs. Requirements/ Preferred Qualities Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care settings is highly preferred Knowledge of patient observation techniques, and basic nursing skills such as CPR and first aid certification is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks required for mobility assistance. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to maintain confidentiality of patient information Strong communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams Compassionate attitude with patience for working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
