What You'll Do As a DSP, you'll help individuals live safe, fulfilling, and independent lives by assisting with: Personal care and daily living activities Bathing, grooming, and hygiene support Meal planning and preparation Light housekeeping and organization Medication reminders Community outings and transportation Social activities and companionship Encouraging independence and confidence Every shift is an opportunity to positively impact someone's life. Experience working with behavioral clients or individuals with developmental disabilities is a PLUS — but not required.
