As a DSP, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being for the individuals we serve. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide safe transfers and support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed Prepare nutritious meals and assist with cooking while following dietary guidelines and care plans Support medication administration under supervision while maintaining proper documentation and safety procedures Encourage participation in social activities, recreational programs, and community outings Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment through light housekeeping and laundry duties Follow individualized care plans designed to meet each client's unique needs Build trusting relationships through patience, compassion, and consistent support What We're Looking For Compassionate individuals with patience and a caring attitude Reliable and dedicated team members Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive energy and a willingness to learn Experience in caregiving or healthcare is a plus, but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
