Resident Care Assistant (RCA) - CNA Hiring for All shifts! Join Our Caring Team! For over 50 years , we have proudly provided exceptional care to our residents in a warm, family-like environment. We're looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who are passionate about helping others.
Position:
Resident Care Assistant (RCA)
What You'll Do:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Help residents with mobility and transfers. Answer resident call lights promptly and provide compassionate care. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff. Build meaningful relationships while promoting dignity, independence, and respect.
Qualifications:
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented. Strong communication and customer service skills. Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate! Must be able to work the scheduled midnight shift. Why Join Our Team?
