Interested candidate must have good computer skills. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in various healthcare settings. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Train new Home Health Care employees to provide services to patients Manage staff withing the company. Provide Home Health Care services to patients in case of staffing call outs or vacations. Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Weekend on call is required for this position. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with nursing staff to implement patient care plans effectively. Perform clerical duties such as data entry and maintaining organized patient files. Requirements Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant certification is required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in clerical tasks including data entry and medical receptionist duties. Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in documentation. Computer literacy is essential. Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and their families.
