Job Description

Safe Way Providers, LLC is currently seeking compassionate and experienced Direct Care Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in Warrensville Heights, the east side of Cleveland and other locations. The position offers an opportunity to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in a home environment. We are proud to provide a supportive and fulfilling work environment.
Pay Rate:
$16 - $20/hour
Requirements :
Legal right to work in the United States; age 18 or older; High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Qualifications (training provided): Understanding of direct care principles; a kind and compassion demeanor; prior experience in direct care preferred, but not required Warrensville Hts location : Saturday and Sunday 10am - 4pm; Previous experience in direct care and use of Hoyer lift
REQUIRED
Cleveland (East Side) location : 2nd or 3rd shift position available
Float :
Fill in for absences (vacations, etc.) at various locations; flexible/PRN schedule. This would be ideal for college students or anyone looking for a more flexible schedule.
