• Responsibilities
• Provide companion care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care services such as bathing and dressing to clients in their home setting
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and caregivers to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as grooming, dressing, and transfers
• Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the care team and healthcare providers
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
• Maintain accurate records of client services and communicate effectively with the care team and healthcare providers
• Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Home Health Aide certification (CNA, PCA, or HHA)
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients with assistive devices as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion, empathy, and a passion for providing high-quality care to seniors and vulnerable adults
