EverCare Home Agency provides quality in-home care services to help clients live comfortably, safely, and independently. We are expanding our team and looking for compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides to join us.

Position Summary:

The Home Health Aide will provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities to clients in their homes. Services may include personal hygiene, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility support.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting). Provide mobility and transfer assistance, including use of gait belts or mobility devices. Prepare light meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration. Perform light housekeeping (laundry, bed-making, tidying living areas). Offer companionship and emotional support. Remind clients to take medications as directed (no direct medication administration). Report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

STNA/HHA

certification (preferred, not always required). Previous caregiving experience a plus. Reliable transportation required — willing to travel within Westlake, Lorain, North Olmsted, Parma, and nearby west side areas. Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

Work Schedule & Pay:
