As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve in the comfort of their own homes. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care while maintaining a respectful and supportive environment. Must be willing to travel a minimum of a 20-35 miles. Clients homes may range from Cuyahoga County, Lorain County, and Medina County. Duties Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Medication Reminders:

Assisting the client with their daily medications, making sure it is the right time, person, and dosage as prescribed Prepare nutritious meals tailored to clients' dietary needs and preferences. Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being. Observe and report any changes in clients' conditions or behaviors to healthcare professionals. Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting clients safely when necessary. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and organized. Experience Previous experience in senior care or long-term care settings is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients. A compassionate approach towards assisting individuals with varying levels of independence. Basic knowledge of meal preparation techniques that cater to specific health needs.
