We are looking for skilled, talented, and compassionate people to join our team! The Lead Patient Care Assistant (PCA) will hire, train, supervise, and evaluate all PCA's in the program, and will maintain staff schedule to ensure appropriate shift coverage. The Lead PCA will become proficient in all PCA tasks to ensure staff are properly trained. The Lead PCA will participate in on-call after hours. The Lead PCA will help facilitate the safety, maintenance, and rules of the unit. Lead Patient Care Assistant Requirements Associate degree in a related field, preferred. High school diploma or equivalent, required. Supervisory experience required. CDCA or equivalent, preferred. Lead Patient Care Assistant Benefits Salary commensurate with experience.
