The client needs support Monday through Friday. Client is a male, 64 years of age. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to promoting independence, safety, and well-being through personalized care and effective communication. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive environment that encourages growth, social engagement, and community integration.
Duties:
- assists in all daily living activities
- assists in reading mail and filing it
- assists in attending scheduled doctors' appointments
- assists to get to the bank, grocery shop, and laundromat
- to find community events that interest the client and take them
- assists in organizing paperwork
- assists in cleaning the client's home (including deep cleaning)
