As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, and promoting their independence. This position requires a commitment to caregiving and the ability to work closely with clients who may have varying levels of health needs. Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Help with household tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Monitor and document vital signs as required.
  • Assist clients with mobility and lifting as needed to ensure safety.
  • Support clients with memory care activities and cognitive engagement.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation regarding client care and progress.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and best practices in home health care. Skills
  • Experience in home health or caregiving is preferred.
  • Knowledge of long-term care practices and memory care techniques is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in medical documentation and understanding of patient care plans.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting clients safely.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others maintain their independence at home.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
