As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, and promoting their independence. This position requires a commitment to caregiving and the ability to work closely with clients who may have varying levels of health needs. Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Help with household tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
Monitor and document vital signs as required.
Assist clients with mobility and lifting as needed to ensure safety.
Support clients with memory care activities and cognitive engagement.
Maintain accurate medical documentation regarding client care and progress.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Adhere to all safety protocols and best practices in home health care. Skills
Experience in home health or caregiving is preferred.
Knowledge of long-term care practices and memory care techniques is beneficial.
Proficiency in medical documentation and understanding of patient care plans.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting clients safely.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others maintain their independence at home.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
