full time hours - Monday through Thursday in Delaware, OH!

Minimum Qualifications:

Reliable automobile to transport individuals and get back and forth to work. (Required) Satisfactory driving record from the Ohio BMV. (Required if Hired to transport) Proof of High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Required) Must have a current Driver's License and social security card at interview. Proof of current automobile insurance listing applicant as a driver on the policy with state minimum liability amounts. Insurance card will work. Must be at least 18 years old. (Required) Satisfactory criminal background check. (Required) Valid CPR Certification (Preferred but not required) Valid Medication Administration Certification (Preferred but not required) Responsibilities include but not limited to: Provide compassionate care and support to adults with developmental disabilities during 2nd shift. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. Ensuring a safe and clean living environment. Ability to follow instructions and individual's support plans. Ability to document and communicate. Observant and aware of other's needs.
