Home Care Aide

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices as needed
• Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary restrictions and preferences are followed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor

Requirements:

• STNA, certified nurse aid, or one year experience as a caregiver
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and vehicle to be able to drive self to client home.
• Pass background check and drug screen

$14.77 per hour; $.50 shift differential for weekends and after 4pm; mileage Expected hours: 24
