Full Job Description Location:

Role:

Our Place Resource Services is hiring reliable, compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide hands-on care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home and community setting. DSPs play a critical role in supporting independence, dignity, and personal growth for the people we serve.

Full Time or Part Time First Shift Second Shift Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and support with daily living skills Encourage participation in community and recreational activities Assist with hygiene, meal prep, household tasks, and transportation Follow Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and accurately document all required information Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment Respond appropriately to emergency or behavioral situations

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with fewer than 6 points Reliable vehicle on-site required Able to pass a background check Previous experience preferred but not required - training is provided Must be dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently Why Join OPRS?
