Kent Flexible Shifts Open Availability Ravenna E/O Tuesday & Saturday Deerfield Tuesday, Thursday, 3pm-9pm, Saturday 9am-9pm $1000 signing bonus in installments over 6 months with FT! IRA with 3% match! $14.00/hour, Range is $14-$17/hour, Based on growth of the region there will be opportunities for advancement. Accessible Home Services wants to provide outstanding customer service to the individuals we work with. We look to find locations that are both a good fit for the client and the staff. Direct Support Professional - DSP Job Description Maintaining Health and Safety of the individuals in our care. Following the ISP (Individual Service Plan) for the individual being served. Utilizing interventions as outlined in the ISP for supports, supervision and behaviors. Preparing, cooking and serving meals to individuals who cannot complete task independently Ensuring a clean safe living environment for clients. Following special diets when required, as outlined in the individuals ISP. Ensuring proper packing of lunches for day program/work as required by the individual. Medication administration, when necessary, per delegated nursing courses as outlined in state curriculum. Assisting individuals with transportation to and from routine medical appointments. Taking individuals into the community and ensuring their health and safety. Assisting clients with toileting needs Assisting individuals, with personal hygiene, grooming and self-care. Maintaining both electronic and written documentation, including shift report. Communication with supervisors, especially when incidents occur for documentation purposes. Interactions with guardians and other visitors, and others in the field who are part of the individuals team. We love
