-Full-time/Part-time We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team. High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program(will train). Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), if required by state law. CPR and First Aid certification. Strong interpersonal and communication skill Physical stamina and ability to assist clients with mobility. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if travel is required). Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others. Responsibilities Provide compassionate care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Monitor and document patient health status, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, fostering a supportive environment. Maintain a clean and safe living space, including laundry and light housekeeping tasks. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans and report any changes in patient condition.
