  • Direct Support Professional

  • As a Direct Support Professional with Right at Home Cleveland West, you will have the opportunity to provide compassionate and personalized care to seniors and vulnerable adults in their own homes.
Our franchisees offer a range of services, including companion care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care services such as bathing and dressing. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and support, we want to hear from you!
  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one support to clients, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to state and federal regulations
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
