- As a Home Care Aide with Right at Home Cleveland West, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to individuals in their homes. Role:
- Provide companion care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care services (such as bathing and dressing) to seniors and vulnerable adults in their home setting
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as grooming, dressing, and using the bathroom
- Promote independence, dignity, and well-being of clients while also providing emotional support and companionship
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure a smooth care experience
- Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home care and assistance to seniors and vulnerable adults, as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care, including any challenges or concerns
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies
- Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and their families
