00 per hour (based on experience) Job Summary Able Bodies Healthcare LLC is a locally owned, private-pay, non-medical home care agency seeking dependable and compassionate Home Health Aides to provide in-home support services to clients in Butler, Warren, and Clermont Counties. This position is part-time with the opportunity for additional assignments as our client census continues to grow. Caregivers must be flexible and willing to accept cases based on client availability and geographic location. Responsibilities Provide non-medical in-home assistance including: Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Meal preparation and light housekeeping Medication reminders (no administration of medication) Companionship and engagement Monitoring client safety and well-being Reporting changes in client condition to office staff Completion of accurate and timely care documentation This role does not include skilled nursing services or transportation of clients. Qualifications Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle and proof of auto insurance Clean background check Ability to provide professional references Strong communication skills Ability to work independently in a client's home Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care settings is preferred. Employment Classification This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
