  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their well-being.
  • Duties:
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
  • Administer medications under the direction of a nurse
  • Provide catheter care and tube feeding when necessary
  • Prepare and cook nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Support clients with mobility assistance and transfers
  • Document medical information accurately and timely
  • Offer caregiving services with empathy and respect, especially in hospice care situations
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in medication administration and following prescribed protocols
  • Experience or training as a nurse is beneficial
  • Knowledge of catheter care procedures
  • Ability to cook and prepare meals based on dietary requirements
  • Prior experience in caregiving or hospice care is advantageous
  • Competent in medical documentation practices
