A Direct Support Professional (DSP): provides essential support to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD): , promoting independence, inclusion, and overall quality of life. Working in both home and community-based settings, DSPs assist with daily living activities, health monitoring, and social engagement while ensuring safety, dignity, and respect for each individual's unique needs.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting withDaily Living and Personal Care:
Support with personal hygiene: , including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist with meal preparation and feeding: as necessary.Provide medication reminders or assistance:
