Shift:

2:30 PM - 10:30 PM Every other weekend required Holiday rotation required Full‑time and part‑time openings available What You'll Do As a DSP, you'll support adults with developmental disabilities by: Assisting with daily living skills and evening routines Supporting meals, medications, and personal care Encouraging independence and personal choice Creating a safe, respectful, and supportive home environment Building positive, trusting relationships with individuals served ✅ Minimum Qualifications To be considered, candidates must: Be 18 years of age or older Have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED and be able to provide proof Successfully pass a background check Successfully pass a drug screen Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality Hold a valid driver's license for some locations Experience in healthcare or human services is helpful, but not required — we provide paid training.
