Full-time Day Center Position (+Transportation) Must be able to transport clients to and from Day Program in Sunbury, OH.

Minimum Qualifications:

Reliable automobile to transport individuals and get back and forth to work. Satisfactory driving record from the Ohio BMV. Proof of High School Diploma or G.E.D. Need copy at interview. Must have a current Driver's License and social security card. Need copy at interview. Proof of current automobile insurance listing applicant as a driver on the policy with state minimum liability amounts. Insurance card will work. Need copy at interview. Must be at least 18 years old. Satisfactory criminal background check.
