Compassus Position Summary:

As a Home Health Aide, your focus will be on helping patients with daily activities and providing personal care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitor basic health needs. Leverage documentation tools to track care provided and report patient conditions. Build trust with patients by maintaining focus on their needs. Education and/or Experience Certified Nursing Assistant highly preferred. In states where licensure is not required, applicants must meet one of the following: They are already a licensed/certified aide; or They have completed a state-approved nurse aide training program AND have been continuously employed in that capacity for the previous 24 months Care for Who I Am is Caring for Who We Are.

Pay Range:
