What We're Looking For:

18 years of age or older Valid driver's license (must be insurable under our policy) High school diploma or equivalent Successful completion of background check At least 2 years of experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Physically able to lift and transfer individuals as needed Willingness to obtain and maintain all required certifications (we provide these during paid training)

Your Role:

Manage a community home for adults with developmental disabilities Perform supervisory responsibilities including participation in the on-call schedule, and provide direct care Assist with personal care needs (hygiene, grooming, feeding, mobility, and medical monitoring) Drive and accompany individuals to community activities Build meaningful, supportive relationships with the people you serve
