Comprehensive Centers for Pain Management (CC4PM) is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Care Assistant to support our clinical team in providing exceptional patient care at our outpatient surgery centers. This role is ideal for an experienced Medical Assistant , Patient Care Technician, STNA, Nursing Assistant, or other healthcare professional with direct patient care experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced outpatient surgical environment. What You'll Do Welcome and prepare patients for procedures Obtain and document vital signs and patient information Assist nurses and providers with patient care activities Support patient recovery and discharge processes Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain medical records Prepare treatment and recovery areas between patients Ensure patients receive outstanding service and care throughout their visit Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required At least 1 year of healthcare or patient care experience preferred Medical Assistant, STNA, Nursing Assistant, Patient Care Technician, EMT, or similar experience encouraged to apply Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment Basic computer skills required; EMR experience is a plus Why Join Us?
