Direct Support Professional (DSP)•Caregiver Boardman, OH Monarch Agency is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide in-home and community support for individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. This is a rewarding caregiver / home health role for compassionate, dependable individuals seeking meaningful work. Job Duties Provide one-on-one personal care and daily living support Transportation with a mileage allowance and reimbursement. Assist with hygiene, meal preparation, and routine activities Encourage independence and community involvement Provide transportation as needed Follow individualized service plans Complete electronic documentation (EVV) Additional responsibilities may be required based on service plans.
