The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in various settings, including hospitals, home community care, and geriatric facilities. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the comfort and well-being of those you serve. Duties Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Provide support in inpatient settings, critical care units, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Maintain accurate medical documentation using eClinicalWorks or similar systems. Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans. Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients by following infection control protocols. Deliver exceptional patient service by addressing concerns and providing emotional support. Experience Previous experience as a CNA/PCA or in caregiving roles is preferred. Familiarity with medical documentation processes and patient service standards. Experience in hospital settings or home community care is a plus. Knowledge of critical care practices and pediatric care is beneficial but not required. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
