Direct Support Professional

Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Empowered Care Part-Time & Full-Time | Weekends Required | Flexible Scheduling | Community & In-Home Support Empowered Care is a small, family-run agency supporting children, teens, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout the Portland metro area. We're growing our team and looking for compassionate, reliable DSPs who are genuinely passionate about this field. Schedule:

Weekday and weekend shifts available, typically 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM . Weekend availability is required.

What You'll Do:

Provide in-home and community support Assist with daily living skills, routines, and goal-based activities Support individuals in building independence and confidence Document services and maintain clear communication

What We're Looking For:

Genuine passion for helping individuals with I/DD Reliable, professional, and consistent work ethic Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in caregiving, direct support, or a related field is required
