What You'll Do:

Provide in-home and community support Assist with daily living skills, routines, and goal-based activities Support individuals in building independence and confidence Document services and maintain clear communication

What We're Looking For:

Genuine passion for helping individuals with I/DD Reliable, professional, and consistent work ethic Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person
