Direct Support Professional (DSP)

In this role, you will support individuals with diverse needs in living meaningful, independent lives within their homes and community. Whether you are experienced or new to the field, we provide hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed.   • Not Flexible) We are currently hiring for the following positions: NOC Floating Position Thursday-Saturday | 9:00 AM
  • 9:00 PM 24-Hour Positions (2 openings) Sunday & Wednesday Monday & Saturday Hours include: 9:00 AM
  • 11:30 PM and 5:30 AM
  • 9:30 AM With paid sleep hours from 11:30 PM
  • 5:30 AM Swing Shift
  • Thursday-Saturday | 11:00 AM
  • 11:00 PM What You'll Do Assist individuals with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility) Support health monitoring and report any changes Assist with medication administration per care plans Prepare meals and maintain a clean, safe living environment Implement personalized care strategies with patience and respect Encourage social engagement and community participation Maintain accurate documentation and records What We're Looking For A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset Ability to use good judgment and follow established guidelines Basic computer skills Working phone and reliable transportation Ability to pass an Oregon State background check Preferred (But Not Required) Experience in caregiving, DSP roles, or healthcare settings Familiarity with ADLs, dementia care, or developmental disabilities CPR/First Aid certification No experience?
