- Fantastic starting hourly rate. This position starts at $20.00/hour.

- Provide support 5 days a week at many different locations within Monmouth
- Work as a team to provide a safe environment
- Share your skills and interests
- Gain knowledge by working and learning about a variety of programs
- Build bonds with those you support
- Travel to houses around Monmouth, Oregon, providing support to managers and team members.
- Gain advanced certification in Oregon Intervention Systems
- Assist our individuals with their finances
- Help maintain our individual's homes and program documents to meet state standards What are the requirements?
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are a positive and supportive person.
- You have a open and flexible availability.
- You are someone who enjoys working and communicating with others.
- You have earned a high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
- Having a valid Oregon driver's license is required.
- You can lift up to 50lbs.
- You are able to pass a criminal background check.
