Make a Difference as a Direct Support Professional - No Experience Needed, Flexible Hours! Provide client-centered care in home and community settings (e.g., ambulating, grooming, dressing, toileting, eating) Support clients' independence and personal goals using creativity and empathy Collaborate with team members, clients, and families for effective care coordination Identify and solve challenges proactively to ensure safety and quality care Transport clients safely to community activities or appointments when applicableQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old; eligible to work in the U.S. Compassion, patience, positive attitude, and strong communication skills Ability to work independently and safely assist clients (lift up to 50 lbs, walk long periods, assist with mobility, respond to elopement) Reliable transportation for roles involving client transportationAbout Us:
