Caregiver - Adult Foster Care (IDD Support) Weekday & Weekend Positions Available ( Overnight Required ) We are seeking compassionate , dependable caregivers to join our Adult Foster Care home supporting adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) . This is a meaningful role for someone who truly enjoys building relationships and supporting individuals in their daily lives.

MUST BE A SELF STARTER AND MUST FOLLOW INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT PLANS!

Position Details We are hiring 2 caregivers: 1 Weekday Position (includes two overnight shifts ) 1 Weekend Position (includes two overnight shifts ) Applicants must be comfortable working overnight shifts . What You'll Do Provide daily support in a safe, respectful, and engaging home environment Follow individual support plans exactly as written Prepare meals and assist with light cooking Maintain a clean, organized living space Spend time interacting, engaging, and participating with individuals in the home Attend medical appointments and accurately relay information to the care team Offer companionship, encouragement, and emotional support Ensure the dignity, independence, and well-being of each individual What We're Looking For Reliable, patient, and compassionate individuals Ability to f ollow care plans and instructions carefully Comfortable with overnight shifts Capable of cooking, cleaning, and household support Strong communication and observation skills Able to attend and report on doctor appointments Experience with IDD is required Must pass required background checks Why Join Us?
