The role involves providing care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or other special needs in various settings such as assisted living facilities or nursing homes. Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Provide emotional support and companionship to those in your care
• Help individuals participate in social and recreational activities
• Monitor and document individual progress and behavior
• Assist with mobility and perform heavy lifting when necessary
• Patience and understanding when dealing with challenging behaviors Requirements
